Emily Grace is having a photo challenge over at her photography blog called Growth. What you do is find a photo you took last year and re-take it to see how you've improved with your photography. I thought it sounded fun, so here we go! :)
Here's a photo I took, gosh, not last year but several years ago. No laughing, ok?
Yes...I did take this. *blush* This is me when I was probably 13 or 14.
And here's a photo that I took over the summer...
Definitely a bit of growth there I think. ;)
ThTis some definite growth! :) I entered this too:)
ReplyDeleteI remember that girl in that first photo:-) She was pretty then and beautiful now and I don't just mean on the outside.

I wish I could get a photo like that of myself. I usually look terrible in self portraits! :P

Buffy you're so sweet! Thank you! :)

Much improved, Katie! The colors, focus, and composition are much better. Plus, I'm very much impressed that they are self-portraits--something I've never been able to master. =)
ReplyDeleteThanks for entering!
Love in Christ,
Emily
Nice!
ReplyDeleteYou'e so pretty!! I have to ask, how do you get your hair to look like that??
ReplyDeleteMiss Emily K.: Oh thank you so much! I actually have a perm, so the curls aren't natural. I mousse it after I get out of the shower when my hair's still wet and then I let it air dry. I mainly scrunch it but then I use my curling iron for some bigger curls and to curl my bangs. Then I use hairspray. Again, thanks so much! :)

ReplyDeleteI know I've said this before, but....you're pretty. The end.
ReplyDeleteJennoelle: Thank you so much! You make me smile. ;)
